CD-Based Training for Agriculture
Welcome to the new launching of our agricultural training site. Over the next year, ATN Agriculture Training Network in partnership with AIMS Agriculture Institute of Mangement for Saskatchewan and several other agricultural agencies will be studying the distance learning needs and course design alternatives for Western Canadian rural families.
Over the next months, a variety of courses and services will be implemented including access to a variety of market information & ag news from DTN, a futures market simulation exercise, and the introduction of several new online courses on computers and farm financial mangement offered in partnership with AIMS and several other agricultural agencies. Check the calendar for the release dates of the various courses to be released this winter.

For an effective financial analysis tool for your farm, download Horizon (Excel version) provided by the Farm Consultation Service (Agriculture and AgriFood Canada). Just select the "Download Horizon" link on the side menu to download the latest version of Horizon and the user manual (zipped).
